I have decided to do a random fact of the day. The fact will be about food, cooking, chefs, equipment, or anything that has to do with cooking and food.
Here is today's, it is from Cooks Magazine:
Never put eggs in the egg tray on the refrigerator door, which is too warm. Keep them in the carton which holds in moisture and protects against odor absorption.

I was surprised to read that, too! I just got a knife that was recommended by that magazine. VERY SHARP and I still have all of my fingers! Elee
Great random facts! Thanks so much--I do have some crystallized honey, but it's in a plastic container...how do I transfer it?? Maybe I'll start keeping it in glass. Thank you, Natalie! :)
